Did u know.........................................

Did you know that a research indicates that those who consistently help other people experience less depression, greater calm, fewer pains and better health? They may even live longer. Yes, helping others is wonderful. It brightens your day, lifts your heart. I call this, the double gift… Because the person who gives and help others also receive all this wonderful benefits…Helping others is good for your health. It is healthy to forget yourself on a regular basis and concentrate on helping people.

Today, Just focus on the act of helping and don’t worry too much about the outcome. Leave the outcome of your efforts to God, Look for little opportunities to give without expecting something in return, and you may get the full return on your efforts. Every person has the ability to make a difference in someone else’s life. No matter what difficulty you may be facing, there is always someone you can lend a hand to. There’s always someone who can draw from your strength.

Today take a look at the people around you. Is there someone in your life that you could easily take under your wing and mentor? Someone you could teach your skills to and speak faith into? Proverbs 22:6 tells us that when we train up a child in the way they should go, they will not depart from it. When you give of yourself, your time, your energy, and your advice to train someone, it is the ultimate, lifelong gift. I’ve learned this: the greater the giving, the greater the living. You will never be more fulfilled than when you’re making a difference in somebody else’s life.

We are all equals in the eyes of God whether or not we recognize it or not. I pray that that the Universal Creator to please help us to remember to try not to take too much stock in what our limited 5 senses report to our brains, and instead trust what we feel in our hearts. Help us to remember to treat our Brothers and Sisters as Equals, despite appearances, we just need to extend our hands and help…

Remember, God promises that when you reach out and bless others, He will bless you abundantly in return. Let’s do our part to be a blessing everywhere we go.
