Litany of the Most Holy Eucharist

Lord, have mercy on us.
Christ, have mercy on us.
Lord, have mercy on us.
Christ, hear us.
Christ, graciously hear us.

God the Father of Heaven,
Have mercy on us.
God the Son, Redeemer of the world,
Have mercy on us.
God the Holy Spirit,
Have mercy on us.
Holy Trinity, One God,
Have mercy on us.

Jesus, true God and true Man, present in the Eucharist,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, the Bread of Life,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, the Living Bread that came down from Heaven,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, who instituted the Most Holy Eucharist at the Last Supper,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, who offers Himself as the true Lamb of God,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, who makes Yourself present in the Eucharist for our nourishment,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, whose Body is given to us under the appearance of bread,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, whose Blood is poured out for us under the appearance of wine,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, who dwells in our hearts through the Holy Eucharist,
Have mercy on us.
Jesus, who heals us and strengthens us through the Eucharist,
Have mercy on us.

O Jesus, we adore You in the Most Holy Eucharist,
We adore You, O Lord.
O Jesus, we offer You our worship and thanksgiving in the Eucharist,
We offer You our praise, O Lord.
O Jesus, we place our trust in Your Sacred Presence in the Eucharist,
We place our trust in You, O Lord.
O Jesus, we place our lives and hearts before You in the Blessed Sacrament,
We offer ourselves to You, O Lord.
O Jesus, we offer our prayers in union with Your sacrifice on the altar,
We unite our prayers with Yours, O Lord.

Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world,
Spare us, O Lord.
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world,
Graciously hear us, O Lord.
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world,
Have mercy on us.

Let us pray:
O Jesus Christ, we thank You for Your gift of the Most Holy Eucharist, the source of all grace and nourishment for our souls. We ask that You help us approach Your Sacred Body and Blood with reverence, love, and devotion. May the Eucharist strengthen us in our faith, guide us in our daily lives, and lead us to eternal life with You. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
