Day 1 - March 16
The Fall of Our First Parents - Loss of Original Justice
Reflection:
"Let us make man to our image and likeness" (Gen 1:26). God "clothed him with strength according to Himself" (Ecclus 17:2). "He created in them the science of the spirit, He filled their heart with wisdom and showed them both good and evil" (Ecclus 17:6). Yet man chose the natural over the divine, and in turning from God, all his natural faculties were wounded by the loss of his supernatural life.
Prayer:
I greet you, Ever-blessed Virgin, Mother of God, Throne of Grace, miracle of Almighty Power! I greet you, Sanctuary of the Most Holy Trinity and Queen of the Universe, Mother of Mercy and refuge of sinners!
Most loving Mother, attracted by your beauty and sweetness, and by your tender compassion, I confidently turn to you, miserable as I am, and beg of you to obtain for me from your dear Son the favor I request in this novena.

Hail Maryβ¦

Obtain for me also, Queen of Heaven, the most lively contrition for my many sins and the grace to imitate closely those virtues which you practiced so faithfully, especially humility, purity, and obedience. Above all, I beg you to be my Mother and Protectress, to receive me into the number of your devoted children, and to guide me from your high throne of glory.
Do not reject my petitions, Mother of Mercy! Have pity on me, and do not abandon me during life or at the moment of my death. Amen.
Day 2 - March 17
The Promise of a Redeemer
Reflection:
After the fall, God did not abandon His creation. He promised a redeemer, saying, "I will put enmity between you and the woman, between your seed and her seed; He shall crush your head" (Gen 3:15). In this first prophecy, the seed of hope was planted, pointing to the Virgin who would bear the Savior.

Day 3 - March 18
The Faith of Abraham
Reflection:
Abraham trusted Godβs promise: "In your offspring all the nations of the earth shall be blessed" (Gen 22:18). His faith prepared the way for the coming of the Messiah, born of a woman who would share in this lineage of hope and obedience to Godβs call.

Day 4 - March 19
The Prophecy of Isaiah
Reflection:
"Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and His name shall be called Emmanuel" (Isaiah 7:14). Through the prophet, God revealed the sign of the Virgin Mother, preparing the world for the mystery of the Incarnation.

Day 5 - March 20
Maryβs Immaculate Heart
Reflection:
Chosen by God, Mary was preserved from original sin, her heart pure and open to His will. "The Lord is with you" (Luke 1:28) was not only a greeting but a testament to her unique grace, preparing her for the Annunciation.
Prayer:
I greet you, Ever-blessed Virgin, Mother of God, Throne of Grace, miracle of Almighty Power! I greet you, Sanctuary of the Most Holy Trinity and Queen of the Universe, Mother of Mercy and refuge of sinners!

Day 6 - March 21
The Angelβs Greeting
Reflection:
"Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you" (Luke 1:28). The Angel Gabrielβs words announced Godβs favor and startled Mary, yet they marked the beginning of the divine invitation that would change the world.
Prayer:

Day 7 - March 22
Maryβs Fiat
Reflection:
"Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word" (Luke 1:38). Maryβs consent opened the door to the Incarnation, showing us the power of surrender to Godβs will.
Prayer:

Day 9 - March 24
The Dawn of Salvation
Reflection:
The Annunciation marks the dawn of our salvation, as Maryβs βyesβ brought forth Jesus, our Redeemer. "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb" (Luke 1:42) echoes through time as we honor her role in Godβs plan.
