πŸ•Š️ "Before You Even Arrived, Your Son Was Healed"

πŸ“œ Reflection

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

A royal official walks many miles to find Jesus. His son is desperately ill and near death. He finds Jesus in Cana and begs Him: "Sir, come down before my child dies."

Jesus does not go with him. He simply says: "Go, your son will live."

And the man — here is the miracle within the miracle — believed the word that Jesus spoke to him. He turned around. He began the walk home on nothing but the word of Jesus.

On the way, his servants meet him with the news: your son is alive. And when he asks the hour of recovery, he discovers it was the exact moment Jesus had spoken.

This is a story about faith as trust — not faith as certainty, not faith as having all the answers, but faith as placing your whole weight on the word of God and walking forward.

The official did not see the healing. He did not feel it. He simply believed the word and moved.

Isaiah today speaks of a world renewed — the sound of joy and gladness filling the streets. God's vision for us is not sorrow but flourishing. Not despair but life.

When we trust His word and keep walking, we arrive at exactly what He promised.

This Lent, we are all making a journey of faith. We may not yet see the healing, the resolution, the answer to our prayers. But we have the word of Jesus. That is enough to walk on.

πŸ’‘ One Simple Message for Today Faith is not waiting to see the miracle — faith is walking toward home on the strength of God's word alone.

πŸ™ A Prayer for Today

Lord Jesus, increase my trust in Your word. When I cannot see, help me to walk. When I am afraid, let me remember: You have already spoken. Your word is enough. I place my life in Your hands and I keep walking. Amen.

🌿 Lenten Practice for Today

Choose one promise from Scripture today — perhaps "I am with you always" (Matthew 28:20) — write it somewhere you will see it throughout the day. Let it be your anchor.

May the Lord bless you and keep you close to His Sacred Heart this holy season. πŸ•Š️
