Let us pray.

Almighty and ever-living God, you have given us your saints as models of a virtuous life and as powerful intercessors before your throne. By their example and prayers, may we live according to your will and attain eternal life. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

This litany is traditionally prayed during the Easter Vigil, on All Saints' Day, and in other liturgical celebrations and devotions. It is a beautiful way to call upon the entire communion of saints to intercede for us.
